Body & Beyond – Terms & Conditions for Packages (Short Version)
Validity of Packages
All multi-session packages (e.g., 3-, 5-, 7-, or 10-session packages) are valid for 12 months from the date of the first session. Unused sessions expire after this period and cannot be refunded.
Cancellation Policy & No-Show Fee
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows without notice:
For single sessions, the full session fee will be charged.
For prepaid packages, one session will be deducted from your remaining package balance.
Exceptions may be made in cases of proven medical emergencies or force majeure, at the practitioner’s discretion. Examples include sudden illness, accident, or other unforeseeable serious events.
Legal reference (German Civil Code – BGB): Appointments are considered a service contract under §§ 611 ff. BGB. According to § 615 BGB (“Remuneration in case of default of acceptance and in case of business risk”), the practitioner retains the right to remuneration if the service was properly offered, even if not used by the client.
Refunds for Packages
Prepaid packages may be cancelled in writing within 14 days of purchase, provided that not all sessions have been used. Sessions already taken are charged at the current single-session rate and deducted from the refund.
Transferability of Packages
Packages may be transferred to another person with the practitioner’s written consent.
Liability, Healing Promises & Data Protection
No healing promises are made. Participation is at the client’s own responsibility.
A consent and liability waiver must be signed before the first session.
All sessions are conducted according to current data protection (GDPR), hygiene, and professional regulations.
